I have used Stramowski Heating for over 10 years. They have kept my furnace in tip top condition. I have them check furnace every 2 years. No problems. It gives me peace of mind knowing furnace will keep us warm as the frigid temps are settling in. Justin, the tech was on time and very courteous. The price for a checkup was very reasonable. Jim came out and talked about air quality and little things others didn’t. They came on time and were done in no time. The furnace was thick heavy gauge steel and 97 afue. We added an ionizer based on Jim’s advice and a merv 11 filter for better air quality and boy we are very happy. The furnace is variable speed and keeps our house smelling fresh and comfortable. I highly recommend Jim and Stramowski Heating.

2009 Payne Furnace Tune Up And Address Noise Issues. Replaced noise exhaust motor before it fails and made adjustments to duct to eliminate noise. Furnace now working quite and efficient.
2008 Goodman Furnace Tune Up Regular annual maintenance keeping this 12yr old unit looking and more important, functioning like new. New UV Bulb improving indoor air quality.
